Hello, I was wondering if there is anyone with a similar problem. I,m 54 I had lupus for 10 years. Then this year I got sick with pneumonia and cardiomyopathy. They say it was caused by a viral infection. My ejection fraction is in the 30. I also have a mitral valve 2-3+ regurgitation. And have Wolff Parkinson White Syndrome, this has to do with heart conduction. This past 3 days I've been wiped out. I get tired but not like this . I feel better in a couple of hours and go on. I've do not want to eat. If anyone has a similar problem, like to know what medicine your on. Do you have this tiredness often? Thank you morning dove
