Do they feel like menstrual cramps? If so, I'd suggest you do whatever you do for those. I had my HPV sample taken during my pap smear (1.5 years ago) so I didn't notice anything different than post-pap mild cramps. I took 2 iburpofen and that was all I needed.

Did you ask for the test or did your doctor recommend it?
