I have hpv the wart kind and on my skin inbetween my vagina and anus there are small raised white bumps I also have terrible thick discharge. Is that a sign of warts? White discharge

No this is not a sign of warts. Are these white bumps in the peroneum in addition to actual warts elsewhere?
