if you have sex with someone with HPV, can you have an oral papllimoa show up in two weeks time??

Not typically but that doens't mean it can't happen. Usually symptoms take about 3 months to show up but can be missed as they may be minor. Then it can remain dormant for months, years or even decades before showing up again, or it can continue to progress.

I have read that warts typically show up between 2 to 8 weeks after exposure and they typically can last from 6 months to 2 years.
I would imagine that cell changes due to HPV (not warts) would also follow this pattern.
