I am 17 now. Since I was a baby, I've had little red bumps on my arms.
They don't hurt or itch.
When I go in the sun, they get worse.
My doctor gave me lotion to try and make it go away, it doesn't work.
Nothing does.
Does anyone know what this is and if I can get rid of it.
I've spent my whole life with it and I can't wear tank-tops because it looks gross!

Sounds like red freckles or cherry angiomas. You'll know if they're cherry angiomas because the bleed like crazy if you pick at them, red freckles don't.

Laser treatment from a dermatologist can zap either, cheaper treatments are available as well, they just take longer than laser.

Make sure you wear 35+ sunscreen in the summer!

If this is the same as what my daughter has, hers are on the back of her upper arms. They look like little pimples but don't pop like pimples would. They don't bleed, itch, hurt or anything. Just that she's very self concious about them. Hers are called "keratosis pilaris" which is caused by dead skin that's compacted and hardened at the hair follicle....
