there are many factors in determing if you are having an OB or not.. first, everyone is different and reacts differently, so some people's first Ob can be mild or full blown, symptoms include, fever (low grade) itching, burning, swollen glands(genital area) blister leisions with clear fluid, that will turn to sores, you can also experience flu like symptoms such as extreme fatigue, muscle aches and pains. If you are experiencing any of the above in any manner I would suggest you go and have yourself checked, ask for the test IgG it is the most reliable, but understand the first test can come back negative, sometimes it can take up to four months for the antibodies to show up in your system so get re-tested just to be sure, you can still have this virus and pass it without any signs.
