Hey there
I am a smoker. I smoke around 1-2 cigarettes a day. Yes, I am not a heavy smoker.
I have to go for blood tests to see if I am diabetic. I do believe doctors can find if you're a smoker from blood tests.
Although, on the other hand of saying that, I didn't think they could find out if you smoked unless they was actually looking for that in your blood test. Not looking to see if you're diabetic.
How does the score go here guys? If anyone could help...
Can they find it out, or do they have to specifically look for that.
thanks in advance

Hi There, In my experience when a doctor runs a total blood count it doesn't show nicotine in your blood, however, if you were getting life insurance and have to have a physical, they run blood for everything, drugs, nicotine, alcohol etc. My sister was just diagnosed for diabetes and she smokes and her doctor wants her to lose weight and quit smoking. I guess smokes and diabetes aren't a good thing. And we all know smokes aren't good for much of anything but worrying about not having them. If your doctor asks you if you are a smoker what are you going to tell him or her? Try and give those two up. Good luck and Good health.

I really like that sentence "and we all know smokes aren't good for much of anything but worrying about not having them". That is SO true. I am going to post that on my computer and various other places.
