Hi and I kinda know what you are going through. I say kinda as my husband has had it a few times. Along with our neighbor who weed whacked it. UGH!
1st...go to the Dr. and most likely they will put you on short term steroids if it is systemic. Don't wait. This is the only thing that works for my husband.
2nd....our neighbor swears by Zanfel, but that only work on the skin, not if systemic.
3rd...my husband used a combo of hydrocortisone cream\benedryl cream\calamine and oatmeal baths.
4th...if you haven't already. wash (very good in hot water) or get rid (if you can) anything that may have come with the ivy. In our case, we believe husband had the oil on his person (not knowing he came in contact with the plant) , came into the house, may have touched something else. You may already know this, but very very little can do damage.
Good luck! We had what we called the "ivy" basket. All the creams\lotions\potions\pills he used when he get poison ivy. He likes to work outside. We kept Technu in every bathroom and outdoors and he would immediatly use it to wash himself and any garden tools when he was done for the day.

Hi:wave:
Make a solution of two teaspoons of ordinary household bleach in a gallon of lukewarm water. Soak the affected area for ten to fifteen minutes.
