Hello,
I m experiencing a mental trouble issue but hasn't yet figured out what kind that would be nor has my psychologist given me a clear explanation.

It seems to occur a day by bay basis. Normally after something has triggered it.

I' ll start by mentioning some facts(situations) of what is going on, followed by the symptoms which acts accordingly the same.

a- I m doing something or waiting for something and then I feel cornered somehow because of negative thoughts that came to mind like how am I going to act, what am I going to say, how 'd it feel for the other person etc.

b- I got angry for some reason.

c- I kept on thinking for a while like something I am gonna do, or someone I m gonna meet etc.

d- I m at a meeting, at a hair dresser, at a dentist. Negative thoughts flood in like how am I suppose to sit, appear and act.

e- I had to sign a paper or write something and someone is looking.

After all mentioned above, in less than a minute I go into a panic- stress situation and then lose control of everything around me primarily the ability to think properly and more:

On the edge, frustrated, stressed.
Shortage in speaking, hearing and smelling.
Slowness of understanding.
Thought race.
Body trembling.
Memory lose.
Unsure.
yawning and sleepy.
Hearing a beep in my ear.
Stress in my stomach (left side according to me) that extends from my head back right side.

I'm not a medical professional but it could be social anxiety or some form of anxiety. Do you ever get anxious? You mentioned a stress sort of feeling in your stomach? I know I get this stress or butterflies in my stomach sort of feeling when I'm anxious. I usually get these sort of feelings as well in similar ways when you get them.

Yea, I very much believe it has something to do with anxiety which in many situations trigger the whole thing. Since I have social anxiety since childhood.

But sometimes I m just not sure if something else plays a roll. Or could anxiety develop this bad!

Anxiety can become very bad for people. Sometimes people will develop avoidant pesonality disorder if the social anxiety gets really bad. And sometimes people can become agoraphobic as well. I have social anxiety disorder myself but have never gotten to the point where I develop agoraphobia thankfully.

Thank you Under for your reply,
I m afraid I m not sure about "Agoraphobia" so please if you could explain with example. And whether it seems to apply to my case.

Also right now I m under Anti desperate medication, so I wonder if that could help with anxiety.

Agoraphobia is a fear of leaving someones safe zone, for example there home. I don't think you have that issue from what you've described. An antidepressent will help with anxiety but it can take up to a month to start working. What antidepressent are you on I might be able to tell you a bit about it.

Thanks for making it clear, and good to know where it might reach.

Ok so for Anti desperate, I had two prescriptions:
1- PHILOZAC ( Fluoxetine(HCL) 20mg/day )
2- TRYPTIZOL ( Amitriptline Hydrochloride 10mg/day )

I ve tried PHILOZAC before and it was good.

For the other one this is first time, and I m little worried about it's side effects cos I sometimes react badly with medications that has side effects for example more tremors etc.

Amitriptline Hydrochloride will probably have more side effects than your fluoxetine but its nothing to get scared of. All or most meds will have side effects but you have to remember that your doctor prescribed them because he/she thought that the benefits would be greater than the side effects. Who knows maybe you won't get any side effects from the Amitriptline Hydrochloride after all. I hope that these meds will work for you.

Thank you Under,
True I ve noticed that Amitriptline Hydrochloride has more side effects than Fluoxetine, but was nothing much to worry about. Also Stomach cramps have become less responding which is good.
