Met someone who went to his Doc for symptoms of fatigue, sleepness during the day etc. Got send for a sleep study which revealed he had sleep apnea.
After using the C-pap machine for about a month I believe he was able to stop using his b/p meds. Apparently his severe sleep apnea was causing a adrenlin surge because of the lack of sufficient oxygen. This in turn caused his hypertension.
My use of a C-Pap reduced my b/p 10 points systolic. Fam
