I am on Amoxcillian 500mg which is fine, but i am also on 500mg Metronidazole and i think this is what is making me feel so very unwell. Is this normal.
I have had what i thought was a stomach bug for over 2 weeks, my dr said it could that i have Diverticulitis? He gave me these 2 anti biotics to see if it would clear my symptoms, but i feel so ill every time i take the Metronidazole. I feel sick, get bad belly pains and and am starving but just don't want to eat anything. I have a horrible metal taste in my mouth. I also feel low. Is this the normal side effects or is it not agreeing with me. My stomach is hurting so much i am stopping them now.
As i keep testing positive for the H.Pylori bug i wonder if my dr gave me both these meds to try and kill two birds with one stone so to speak.
Any advice.
