hi,
since wednesday i've had small red, freckle like dots under the skin near my elbows but today i have a large cluster of them on my knee and they are quite painful and much redder than the ones near my elbow.
It is also a little grazed but i havent grazed, knocked or scratched any part of the area. The only thing i've done is horse ride.
