I don't think so because they both contain Hydrocodone. the only difference is the tylenol. How come your asking? did you take something you weren't supposed to on a drug test?

oh no i havent taken any norco but my aunt did. she is prescriped norco but ran out the day before her refill was due and took a couple of her husband's lortab. she does not have online access so i told her i would find out, even if she did she wouldnt even know where to look lol. i told her she shouldnt do that because she could be drug tested. she is in her 60's and doesnt think that doing things like that can get her dropped. she's "old school" and thinks that the only thing her dr cares about is her not being in pain. which i am sure he is concerned about her well being but he is also concerned about her taking medications that she is not scripted for. she just doesnt think like we do, she said he would never drop her. i told her to be careful because they can and will!!!

The only thing that the drug test could check for is the strength or BPL (blood plasma level) of the hydrocodone in her system. I don't think she really has anything to worry about.
