After trying several ways to clean my toes and between them, I have found that Tucks Pads - yes, the ones used for hemorrhoids - work so well. They are soaked in Which Hazel, which really feels nice, and they don't get things very wet. For the little toe, I wrap the pad around a pencil eraser and reach in to clean. Hope this might help someone.
