It should help some because Singulair blocks a key part of the inflammatory process that leads to wheezing.
You should probably also take an antihistamine to help stop the allergic reaction (the best solution would be to avoid indoor mold as much as possible, it can lead to a number of other problems).

Singulair does not work for everyone. Additionally, it can take some time to show whether or not it's being effective. I took it for 2 months and it never seemed to do a thing for me.
