Back about four months ago i ate a burger that wasn't cooked thoroughly. about an hour later i woke up with sharp pains in my abdomen and proceeded to vomit off and on for the next 8-12 hours.. since then ive been constipated. sometimes it even causes minor pain on the lower left side of my stomach. also when i can use the restroom its most of the time clay-like with occasional direrah and somewhat of a burning feeling. then it always feels like i still have to go but i just cant. it feels almost as if something is literally blocking it from coming out.
