I am 42 yo female, no medications, very healthy. A couple weeks ago I felt the need to go to the ER. I felt dizzy, cold, light headed and could feel my heart fluttering. They did EKG's, blood work, x-ray. I was hooked up to a monitor and watched my BP readings. For me, they were very low. I typically run in the "normal range". A few readings I remember were 77/55, 72/50, etc. I started to monitor my BP at home after that when I wasn't feeling well. My systolic will run any where from mid 70's-120 and my diastolic is any where from 45-66.

A couple of times I have not felt particularly well my readings shot up and then dropped back down in a couple minutes. The two readings I recorded were: 114/103 and 118/102. For the most part I have not been feeling well at all and when my readings jumped to these numbers I was feeling even worse than I am when my readings are low. I am baffled and wondered if any one might have some input as to what the heck could be going on...
