what should I DO?

The usual ways to try to lower LDL:

* Avoid trans-fats from hydrogenated oils.
* Avoid saturated fats from red meat fat, dairy fat, and coconut / palm oil.
* Replace the above the unsaturated fats from fish and vegetable sources including nuts and avocados (no hydrogenated oils, no coconut / palm oil).
* Lose excess body fat.

Other things to consider:

The usual ways to try to raise HDL:

* Increase exercise.
* Avoid trans-fats from hydrogenated oils.

The usual ways to try to lower triglycerides / VLDL:

* Avoid sugar.
* Avoid alcohol. (which you indicated you do already)
* Lose excess body fat.
* Increase intake of cold water fatty fish with omega-3 polyunsaturated fats.
