I have seen it packaged in gelatin caps . . . they were CVS Pharmacy brand, so others must do it.

Yes I used to take a pill form of it.......I cannot remember the name of it. It had a biblical name..came in a white bottle...got it at the Healthfood store. Great stuff....Oleander

As you may know psyllium seed husk is an absorbable natural fiber supplement. They certainly come in capsule form from many makers. The one that contains the most powder is the Vitamin Shoppe brand -- I think they are 880mg most others are about 500mg.
You need to drink adequate water when taking a soluble fiber supplement -- and the dose is between 6 to 8 grams daily. So, you if you buy the small capsules you need to take 14 daily - of course in divided doses -- usually about 5caps -- 3 times daily for 15 capsules.
