For a while now I have been feeling neusea everytime I want to go anywhere or do anything, and Im on the toilet every five minutes as well, and it always feels like I have to go back again and again. Its really effecting me so badly that I cant go out as much as Id like because of it and I really dont know whats wrong. Ive had this for months now and its making me really depressed and effecting everything I do. I get panicy when I go out because I feel sick and feel like I might throw up. I cant enjoy going out with friends or anything. Im going on holiday in a few months and Im worried im going to feel ill the whole time. Can someone please help me and tell me what the problem might be?
Thanks,
Emma

There are a number of possibilities. There is a kind of catch-all diagnosis Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) that covers symptoms like you describe. It would take an exam by a physician to find out whether there might be another condition. Some people have success treating similar symptoms by changing their diet. There should be plenty of recommendations if you search IBS. The problem is that what works for one person might not for another. A number of people have mentioned the specific carbohydrate diet.
