Promethazine and Azithromycin
Symptoms: After 1st dosage, Diarrhea followed by severe stomach cramping and pain. now into 3 dose of Prome and stopped the Azith for now.

All mycin drugs can cause stomach cramping. Be sure ot take them with food.
