Thank you so much for your help. I replied back to you on my original message (could this be lupus) but I wanted to make sure you received it. Yes, I do have extreme miagranes at least 5 times a week and I have had one miscarriage a few years ago. I had a disease called ITP when I was in the 8th grade in which my platelet count was down to 6,000 (supposed to be over 100,000 I believe) and was put on predisone for that. Any time I get in the sun or out of the tanning bed my face and legs break out but at the time I didn't think anything about it until here recently. Anyway thanks for your help.

ITP often goes along with APS.
Please avoid UV exposure as much as you possibly can ! It is one of the worst things for lupus etc as it alters the cells of the body so causing further disease activity even organ damage.
If you are seeking diagnosis it sounds as if you have plenty of criteria !
