Mothers Day was my 1 year mark of being on Chantix and continuing to smoke  My dr told me to keep on with it because it was helping me to not smoke as much as I had been and in the beginning when I was down to 2 or 3 smokes a day is when I really could have quit but didn't. Over the next 10 or so months I began to smoke more and more and got up to a half a pack a day which is where I am now. Last sunday I decided it was ridiculous to keep on with it and paying $130 a month when it wasn't helping much anymore so I quit taking it. Since then I have felt strange. Kinda dizzy, floaty feeling, fast heart rate, just plain weird. My dr said there should be no side effects coming off of it but he is wrong lol. I'm wondering how long this will last and can't find much info online.
