well it just started a couple days ago that my feet are cold and the tips of my big toes are going num. it feels like when your hand goes asleep thats what my big toes feel like.. what could be causing this? not good blood flow?

Could be blood flow, could be pressed nerves.
Best thing is to go to the doc and have it checked.
