1. I kissed a women's neck and ear who had an outbreak on her mouth. Could I have gotten herpes?
2. If I were to have sex with her with a condom and her vaginal fluid gets on my finger and then I touch my mouth or eye with that finger could the disease be spread to me that way?
3. If I were to have sex with her using a condom and her vaginal fluid gets on the base of my penis or scrotum could the disease be spreak to me that way?

1 - No..if you kissed her lips then yes there is a chance of transmission to you
2 - No.. it is spread through skin to skin contact not through blood or bodily fluids
3 - Yes if she has it genitally then you can risk catching it..but its from skin to skin contact.. not from her fluids.. condoms are more helpful in protecting against other std's since they are transmitted via fluids/blood.. but not herpes..
Here are the Female to Male transmission rates (FOR HSV2 ONLY)
If you have 100 couples where the female has HSV 2 but not the male (these figures are over a year) the odds of female to male transmission are if you do nothing other than avoid sex during an outbreak 4 men out of a 100 will get herpes in a year or 4% If you do go on a suppressive therapy then it drops to 2 men out of a 100 in a year or 2% and if you use suppressive and a condom the chances are 1 man out of a 100 will get herpes in one year or 1%.
The valtrex and transmission study stats are based on having sex 2 times/week.
