I've been commuting to work daily for about 10 years - usually by train, but more recently by car. I've started to think about how I can counter-act some of the inevitable negative affects of the commute on my health.
It's not that I have anything specific to tackle - though I'm sure those twinges in my back aren't being helped by the way I have to sit. I'm just wondering if people have ideas about how I could improve things?
