Hello everyone iv'e had braces in the past after getting the braces off my teeth looked great. I was giving a retainer to wear but my foolish self got into the habbit of not wearing it. I have noticed my teeth shifted and a few teeth got a little pointy. Is this the result of not wearing my retainer? Also what can i do to have great cosmetic look of my teeth. Please someone give me your opinion

You might want to go back to the orthodontist/dentist and tell him that you stopped wearing your retainer. That way it can be adjusted so it fits again. Also, he can check your pointy teeth.
