I just dont know what to do next.

Am i imagining it? is it anxiety? im having real symptoms.

This morning i was doing some chores and i started to feel light headed, a little bit dizy, then i became quite warm, then i started with somemild shaking, kind of like when the sugar drops in your body. I ate a banana felt a bit better, but feel weak, tired, lethargic, and just dreamy, not quite with it. Does anyone know whats going on?

im seeing a cardiologist tonight.
