My boyfriend is havein open heart surgery soon and i would like to know what happens and how they would do it as i have heard its a really big operation and how long the recovery is thank-you

Sorry but "open heart surgery" covers a lot of ground. Exactly what is he having done? Bypass, valve replacement, etc. Then we can tell you more what to expect.
