Hi everyone. I just actually got my pelvic MRI back (long story short: my lumbar puncture caused some really bad lower back pain and they did a lumbar/pelvic MRI to make sure there wasn't any nerve damage). Anyway, the results are a bit boggling-- among several things in the report, I have enlarged prominent lymph nodes present in the groin bilaterally. Now, coupled with the following symptoms, history, I'm looking for suggestions on what this could be/where to go with this- keep in mind I've seen a rheumy and she ran all the SLE/lupus tests- the only one that keeps coming back positive is the ANA.

+ ANA (twice at 1:640 and once at 1:320)
multiple subcortical lesions in the brain
+ Epstein Barr Virus test, indicating previous infection, but antibodies still high
3.2 potassium (a tiny bit low)
recent pneumonia/about 3 illnesses over past 5 months (being sick/malaise)
last year: heart palpitations and drenching night sweats (no longer)
chronic headaches
tired alot frequently
tarlov cysts (in sacral canal)
Bartholin gland cysts
enlarged lymph node on neck (has been enlarged since ~ 2006)
enlarged lymph node under armpit removed via surgical biopsy in 2006 - result was benign
now, enlarged lymph nodes in groin
muscle spasms in back and right quadriceps
fingers and heels tingling
history of vulvar dysplasia, Grade 1
white spot near optical nerve fiber layer

Enough?!

I'm really hoping some of you can provide some insight... or ideas..
