I am a 64 year old male i have recently started to notice that some of my finger nails are starting to bend over at the tip just where you cut them,Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be.

You could be developing 'claw' nail, which is one of the nusiances of getting older. Please see your dermatologist for a proper diagnosis.
