If the dose is high enough most blood pressure meds.can effect blood test results. I also take Bystolic and several months ago my liver enzymes were slightly high. On a repeat blood test they were back to normal. If blood tests remain abnormal, it's probably best to try another beta blocker like Toprol or Atenolol.
