got home from the hospital last night, had surgery wed night, for gallbladder and appendix..
trying to get through the going through..:(
been kinda sicky at times, diarrea after eating, i think this may be normal,:(,
anyone been there to share??:confused:

didn't have those surgeries but had others. Sometimes I was sick for a few days from being put under..and the pain meds they gave me. Other times...I seemed fine after I got up.
I usually stick to eating crackers, coke-cola (for some reason only coke works to settle my stomach) and maybe some other light stuff. If you don't get better by all means contact the doc just to make sure its not infection. Good luck

Since you had your gallbladder out you must eat NO FAT. And nothing spicey. So plain chicken, turkey, bread, yogurt, etc. Stick to that for 4 weeks and then slowly start back on fat. It will help.

iam feeling much better today!
got out for a couple hours..
i rest alot, i try to eat good food, no fats, lean meats, veggys and fruits.
iam not takeing any meds for pain, only tylanol..
as time goes on, iam sure i will be ok..;)
