I am looking for some answers: Most of the time, after eating i get diarhea. I had my gall bladder removed years ago thinking that would resolve the issue and it did to some small extent. I am so tired of being sick and there's no consistancy with food. I can eat something now and get diarhea and eat it again the next day and no problem. I am so over this.

Have you heard of Post-Cholecystectomy Syndrome? Gastrointestinal problems/diarrhea after having your gallbladder out is very common.
You'll need to see your gastroenterologist again to find out what's causing the PCS exactly. There are several different things it could be; sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, an old bile duct stone, post-surgical scarring, etc.

I had my GB removed years ago and have had this exact problem ever since. One day I can eat pizza, the next it gives me extreme stomach cramps. Sometimes diarrhea with pain, sometimes not with pain.. sometimes pain with no diarrhea and sometimes I get what I call "never trust a fart" syndrome. No pain at all but bright yellow liquid when I feel like I had to pass gas. Always 15-30 mins after I eat. The GI is no help and so far I've just been living with it. I hate it and wish there was a fix! I want to be able to eat and not be doubled over in pain for an hour or two after!
