about 3 days ago i noticed something white under my fingernail and i didntt think much of it but today i noticed it spreaded a great deal and it hurts realy bad sometimes the pain will go away and other times i will get a sudden jolt of pain and it is starting to hurt more and more id like to know whats up and whats wrong with me

It could be a yeast infection. Please see your dermatologist if it is a fingernail and your Podiatrist if it is a toenail.
