I had a bad female surgery last April, 2008, where my surgeon nicked my small intestine.
I have had to have 3 surgeries to correct this problem. I surgery for an ileostomy, one reversal and the last one in February to remove another 10" of my small intestine and to remove my gallbladder.
Has anyone had any luck with stopping loose stools and the urgency to go? My last surgery was 3 1/2 months ago and I still have to run to the bathroom often. :mad:
I am hoping that this will soon clear up. I don't think I have short bowel syndrome yet with just under 30" removed (3 different times) it usually occurs with 36" to 40" removed.
Anyway, help.
