wow....i have not had a solid bowel movement in over a month, and a few times in the past three weeks there has been something whitish and clear attached to the feces that actually looked like it is moving. Am I paranoid or could something really be moving in my poop? I am so embarrassed to talk to a doctor about this, I have no idea if I am crazy or not....
Dont know if it is related or not but in the last 3 weeks I have also had body aches all over, like you get when you are really sick, only I dont feel sick other than the body aches, they last all day, they havent gone away at all unless I take advil and then they only go away for about 4 hours.

pepperjack,
It could be anything from food poisening to celiac disease, which is an intolerance to wheat (gluten). You can develop celiac disease later in life, after being tolerant to gluten your whole life. The white pieces you mention could be mucus in your stool, which may mean (but may not) some type of infection. Whatever it is, it's always best to consult with your physician. Especially if you are losing weight rapidly or have other symptoms.
Best of luck.
