This has never happened to me and I was wondering what I should do and if this is normal.
Here is the situation, it is simple really, ever since I got a stupid cold (4 days ago) I have been constipated. On top of that I have been hungry. This is so not like me. I usailly go ever day. I can say with this cold that I have had severe post nasal drip so bad that I have been unable to keep a full glass of water (or juice) in me. My throat was either so scratchy and burned that I would spit out all of my drink, or my post nasal drip was so bad that I could not drink anything. I can not remember being constipated for this long. Could my constipation be the cause of my nasty cold that I got 4 days ago? What should I do seeing that right now I can not keep any liquids in me? Is this normal being constipated with a cold and on top of that I am hungry? Thank you all in advance for your advice on this matter :wave:
