I was in the middle of a bowel movement Monday when all of the sudden, I got the worst pain shooting everywhere from my lower ab to my stomach. It got to the point where I couldnt sit directly on my rear, it would shot pains up into my guts. I couldnt sit at all when I was done, I had to lay down. Eventually the pain went away but yesterday when I had to go again, it started mid-way through. This time, I have had the pain since. Walking, sitting, moving certain ways and sometimes just laying there I will get a feeling of someone stabbing me in the guts. I called my Dr, they didnt seem too concerned as they made my appt for Monday but the pains are sometimes worse than childbirth contractions - they are sharp, out of nowhere.

This morning, I have a new pain that almost feels like a UTI. I do believe I have IBS with constipation, although the Dr has never put me on anything for it, rather she keeps giving me things to make me go. I dont have a problem going once I feel the urge, but its only a couple to three times per week and the entire situation is awful - cramps, sometimes diarrhea, etc.

My big problem is this pain, though. Anyone have an idea what it might be? I cannot afford the ER but was considering urgent care, I jsut dont think they are equipped to diagnose something like this.
