Why pins and needle feelings even when MRI is normal? The feeling started from my left feet up through my left side for a while and now is all over the body. I did MRI of the brain, chest, abdomen and pelvic.

Welcome to the boards.

If your initial MRI appears normal, 6 months to a year from now, you may find lesions present. You may not have MS, but you might have some other neurological disease or it may be something else like disc problems.

While difficult, please have some patience. If you do have MS, the summers in Syria should be avoided! I know it gets quite hot there. Stay inside where it is cool.

I had a similar situation. Numb from the chest down on my left side, but no lesions showed up on an MRI during the first week of symptoms. Neurologist put me on steroids, but they did nothing for the numbness--it got worse. Several weeks later I convinced a second neurologist to order another MRI after the numbness extended to my right side. Then they detected a spinal lesion. Who knows when it showed up. There was 3 weeks between MRI's.
My symptoms mostly resolved over 2 months or so. I just have some residual numbness in my hands.
The bottom line is nothing seems to be "textbook" about MS--at least in my own experience. When you have symptoms you expect a lesion. Its a tough position to be in when it doesn't work out that clearly.
I hope you get some relief soon.
