im 16 and in school im ALWAYS happy...and im ALWAYS talking..im a very social person..my thing is...i CANT stop talking what do i need to doo to calm myself and just do my work without talking...im not crazy i just talk ALOT in class...what should i doo??

If it bothers you, maybe see a psycologist. They seem to have alot of answers. They have lots of tests. You may be just outgoing, or have anxiety, or ADD or something. Don't worry, be happy. I talk alot and I have ADD. My daughter talks alot and she has Right Hemispheric Learning Disorder. We were both seen by psycologists.

I feel exactly the same way, I am 15 and a highschool student, and i am ALWAYS HAPPY, like so happy that I feel as if I am numb to other feelings like its the only feeling I can feel
