Try eliminating all artificial colors from the diet. Artificial colors are in candy, soft drinks and food. You should see a difference in a few days.

hi there i also have a teenage son with adhd. its great to talk to other parents and share experiences and concerns. how does your son do socially - my son has a lot of social issues - very frustrating.
