would a big blue vein on the penis turn a women off? or would nothing be very differnet, i need honest opinions

Some days the vein pops out bigger than ever and some days it's hardly noticable. When I'm extremely HARD, the vein really pops out and actually when I'm soft it can still be seen running it course.
