For as long as I can remember I have had a severely curved penis. It don't mean a little bend, its pretty bad. When I get really erect it even becomes painful. I finally took the first step and spoke to my doctor. He has referred me to a urologist. Anybody have any idea what I am in for when I see the specialist? Or if there anything they can do?

There is a condition called phimosis, which is the severe curvature of one's penis. Most of us have some curve in different directions, that is common. In severe cases where pain is involved or where sexual intercourse etc is effected, there is a minor surgery that can be performed that will loosen the curve. I believe it involves cutting something inside the penis that will prevent the major curvature. I'm not sure I want sugery on my friend, but I wouldn't want painful erections either. Good luck, let us know what the doc says.
Sorry Lance, but I need to correct your info. Phimosis is when the foreskin is too narrow to allow the head to be exposed causing inflammation and pain during erection. What Deathray has is called Peyronie's disease which is what you were describing.
Deathray, just type in Peyronie's disease in any search engine and you should find plenty of info on the web. Good luck.

Thanks SDP for correcting me, got the two "P's" mixed up, I think they call it old age or being too tired or something like that! Glad you caught it!
