i am 18 and i dont think my penis has fully developed.....ie having watch
numerous xxx films i noticed my penis looks different when erected....you cant see the round top bit of the penis because it is covered by skin.. im not sure what to do.... and i was wondering why it is like this and if i can increase the growth of my penis since i believe the growth has been restricted because of this layer of skin..it is under 5 inches when erected....Can you help?
i refuse to go to a doctor..too embarrased
i have not been circumcised.......but do you think i should try pulling the skin back so its not covering the top of my penis so much...maybe my body is slow since i dont really have to shave that much..since i cant really grow a bushy mustache or beard or anything on my face..... i wont go to bed with a girl because i do believe that my penis is different looking and small.... do you have any ideas that could help...thanks

I hate to say it, but we may need a bit more information. Are you circumcised or not? If you are uncut, then that skin is the foreskin. If not, and you were circumcised, then the doc just left more skin than usual. In order to help you with that piece though, we need to know whether you're cut or not. Now, DO NOT believe everything you see in porn and XXX stuff. Those things are digitally enhanced to make them seem longer and fatter....also, you'll never be able to keep it up that long or release that much semen! Certainly,. there are some of us who keep growing into our late teens and near 20, so you may not be done yet. If you're done, don't worry about your size! Size really doesn't matter at all, it's more about who you are and the partner you're with!

OK, lets give something a try. I'm uncut also, so I have a pretty good idea about your equipment and what to do. First, if your foreskin won't fully retract over the head of your penis, then you have a job to do. Sounds like you may not have a whole bunch of extra foreskin (that's OK!) You'll need to stretch the foreskin out some so that it will completely uncover the head of your penis. This will take some time but is not a problem. Take warm/hot showers or soaking baths (those are best) and begin to pull the foreskin down the shaft of your penis as far as it will go...DON'T tear it, just stretch as far as possible without causing pain. You can also go as far up (over and out) away from the head...once there gently open the "opening" more. Do this repeatedly for a few weeks, and maybe longer. You'll notice that it gets easier over time. You really need to do this for several reasons, you must keep the area under the foreskin clean at all times as it is a breeding ground for bacteria and infection. Also, when having sex it must be free to move completely over the head so it won't be damaged! The foreskin has NOTHING to do with the size of your penis. You sound like your development may be taking it's time...that's OK, often we aren't completely through with purberty until late teens or even early 20's....so give yourself a break. See how this goes and let me know what's happening with the whole foreskin thing. Also, please don't deny yourself the opportunity to be in a relationship that may become sexual, it's terribly unfair to deny yourself that out of insecurity about your body and penis etc. All of us are insecure at one time or another, especially when first getting started! Take it easy on yourself and know that each of us is different...we look different and our equipment looks different, never judge yourself on what you see or hear about others. Be yourself because that's what your partner will want! Keep in touch!

Lance is right. It is likely that you have never had to retract your foreskin in your life yet. A good thing is to retract your foreskin on a daily basis and wash under the foreskin with warm water. SOmetimes soaps and cleaning agents can cause the skin to become red and inflammed and break. So just water is fine and make sure you dry it thoroughly! SOunds like your penis is fine and really isn't anything to be worried about! Good luck with the suggestion from Lance!

Around 5 inches is normal. Most guys are not 8 or 9 inches long. Comparing yourself to porn stars is like comparing yourself to Bill Gates... you'll never have as much money as him (who does?), but that does not make you dirt poor.

hugoboss2k, Are your testicles on the small side? Do you have much pubic hair? Are you muscular?

Since you mention lack of facial hair and you feel your penis is small, you may have the genetic anomally known as Klinefelter Syndrome. Many of us that have Klinefelter Syndrome do not get diagnosed until we are older because some doctors feel that we are "late bloomers". In my case, had my wife and I not wanted children, the chances of me being DXed would have been quite slim.

I know that most men are very concerned about size of their sexual equipment, but really size has nothing to do with anything. Being raised in rural America, size was not an issue with me because I didn't know any difference. It seems that we all want what we don't have, I would like to have decent sized testicles, but that is not in the picture for me. Fortunately, other than being sterile, my testicles produce enough testosterone for my use.

HAVE A GREAT DAY!
