Anyone ever get a tingling sensation in the back of their head? When I take a deep breath or cough then concentrate on the back of my head I can feel it tingle and feel the blood pumping through it for a couple of seconds before it fades. Is this something serious? I Had a Ultrasound of my right carotid artery because I had a lump there(turns out nothing more than a lymph node). Should I push for a Ultra of my left carotid also? Or am I overreacting. This problem seems to come when I am more stressed out. Does this sound Like anxiety or an actual vascular problem?

I believe what you are experiencing are "nerves". By breathing a certain way you release muscles and I think relaxing in that manner simply relieves tension and you get the tingling sensation.
