Hi there, I was diagnosed with PCOS about 10 years ago. Have very irregular periods, went eight months without one this time, two years the last time. Albeit nice, but frustrating now that we're TTC.

I was given Provera, 10mg for 14 days, started my period on the last day I was taking the pills. Had my period for just under a week. Quite normal, nothing strange happened.

Then on Monday, I had a HSG to check my tubes and uterus. Then this morning I wake up, and there's my period again. One week to the day that I stopped.

Is this normal with Provera? Could it be because of the HSG? Should I be calling my RE to see what's going on? Am I panicking for nothing?

This is all new to me. Yes I've known about PCOS for 10 years, but I've never gone through any of the testing/treatments.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
