Hi..my name is Tom, 33 years old and have had prostatitis for about 3 weeks. My doctor put me on cipro which seemed to have quickly helped the physical pains i was having but I keep hanging on to a low-grade fever of about 99 to 99.5 . It seems that I feel pretty good in the mornings but it gets a little worse in the late afternoons and evenings. Is this a normal thing? I've read quite a few posts from people who seem to have a variety of symptoms but fever is rarely mentioned. Also I'd be curious to hear others' opinions about the side effects of cipro. I seem to be dizzy-ish most of the time...and have little appetite...and get out of breath a little quicker and easier than normal. Thanks! Tom

GOD BLESS.......
Still have a problem here, i found an open wound on my forehead skin.... Someone told me it might be balanitis, I read some of the info, one of them state that this balanitis may caused by oral antibiotics, I wondered izzit true? I hope so rather than someone tell me it's herpes......
God Bless.......

Hi Jellyfish01!

I just read your post about your prostatitis. I have never had it or known anyone that did, so I am unaware of the symptoms. Are you sure that the problems that you are having now are caused by the medication or could they be leftover symptoms of the prostatitis?
