The urethra hole was severed on a circumcisin that left a inch long slit on the head.
Thinking of getting a surgical forskin restoration to cover the extra hole, so he can pee normally.

Any suggestions, from central MA

Being an uncut male I'm not quite sure that a foreskin restoration will solve the peeing problem. The foreskin can get in the way of that function and sometimes has to be pulled back which would then allow the same thing to happen. I'd be talking with a urologist about how best to solve this unfortunate problem.

From what I've heard a surgical foreskin restoration is a complicated, painful and costly procedure. Stretching the remaining skin is meant to be a far better option and there are heaps of restoration sites on the net. However the problem you describe would not be fixed by either course of action. The slit in the urethra was an unintended complication of a circumcision and will require delicate surgery to fix. It should have been picked up years ago and fixed. Sounds like a botch up all round. Perhaps there could be some legal redress.

thanks for this advise, I just wanted him to be more a peace with himself, he said he has wanted a restoral for many years.

I believe there must be a simpler way of doing it, it's so similar to getting an auld circumcision, just reversed. they willingly do breast surgery for women (no, not me)

Length isn't an isuue, he just wants a foreskin that stays forward.

Thanks again

He definitely needs surgery to repair the hole but nothing will give him back all the lost nerves, frenulum and a special muscle that keeps the foreskin snugly forward. This is why I decided it was not for me. I approached my problem of anger and resentment through professional counselling involving rapid eye movement therapy (EDMA if I remember correctly). This is a trauma treatment and it did help, though it did stir everything up and cause me to have bad dreams & cry a lot. That said, a lot of men "restore" by stretching the remaining skin with tape and are happy with the result. I have heard of attaching a skin graft from another part of the body (usually the buttocks) surgically. This sounds as if he would not end up being able to feel anything much in the constructed "foreskin" and only the skin of the eyelids is as elastic as a real foreskin. I suspect it would look like a foreskin when flacid but could not function like a real one when erect. Of course this is just my guess from some knowledge of intact anatomy. I did see a letter once in an Australian Forum magazine from a man who had this sort of operation. His doctor advised against it but he insisted and was happy. I suspect though that he had little knowledge of how a real foreskin functions.
I found the fathermag circumcision forum a great help though there are some people posting on that forum who are very pro-circumcision. It turns out that there are a whole group of people who have a fetish about the actual operation. They fantasise about people getting cut and will do lots to encourage males with little or no problems to have the operation; preferably without anaesthetic. So be wary of their circlist site.
These sites might help:- http://www.cirp.org/ ; http://www.noharmm.org/home.htm ; http://www.nocirc.org/ ; http://forum.fathermag.com/forum/ ;
(This one has a moving diagram of how a foreskin works. The rest of the site is informative but also has photos, so be warned. I will just post the link to the diagram.) http://www.circumstitions.com/Works.html
