I have these huge, dry patches on my penis for months. When I stretch a patch, they get little cracks in them, and sometimes a very thin, watery fluid shows up. Does anyone know what that is? I'm 15 years old and have been sexually active. This whole thing has been scaring me. This is probably god's way of punishing me for fornicating.

I'm not quite sure but it isn't supposed to be there. I think I'd be seeing a doc to find out what this is and how to treat it, it may be nothing more than an infection, but needs to be resolved. Ever thought about wearing a condom to prevent such things and other more serious ones?

I'm supposed to be this naive, sheltered Mormon boy. My dad WILL murder me if he found out I wasn't a virgin. I'm too scared to tell my parents about the patches, and I live way to far away from one of those free clinics, so I haven't been able to see a doctor yet. If I have my parents take me to the doctor, then i'll have to make up some excuse why I have to go, then the dumb doctor will tell my parents about the things on my dick, then my dad will murder me, and then i'll be rotting in hell getting raped by Satan's minions. Argh.. I feel so dizzy and nauseous and drunk.

Just an off-topic question deranged_leprechaun - do Mormons circumcise or do they leave their sons intact? Just curious - someone asked me this before and I didn't know the answer.

I understand your situation, as I had several Mormon friends in college, and I know how strict they are about pre-marital sex and not using birth control. Which means I guess you didn't use a condom, right? If you didn't use a condom, there is a good chance this is an STD, although the symptoms you have doesn't sound like any that I know of.

I don't mean to sound like your parents, but this situation is one of many reasons why 15 year olds shouldn't be having sex. What if you got this girl pregnant? Then what? Are you ready to be a responsible father at this age? What would your parents think if you had to tell them suddenly you are a daddy now?

I don't mean to sound like a preacher, but I want you to think about the consequences more the next time you think about having sex at such a young age. Especially without protection - that's really asking for trouble.

As for your penis problem - you're just going to have to find a way to see a doctor about that without your parents knowing. Or, you can try to search the medical web sites on the Internet looking for a match to your particular symptoms, but you may need a prescription to get rid of the trouble, which means seeing a doctor anyway.
